Policies

Every company needs policies to achieve order and direction and
to establish ground rules of how the group should behave.

In Orgboat we have the POLICIES SECTION so you can have all the policies of your company  uploaded for everyone to access to them in any moment of any day.

In this section you have two options: GENERAL POLICIES & DIVISION POLICIES. 

The first one will be the policies that apply for every member of yout team and the second one will be for each division you have in your company because not every division works the same way.

Uploading policies in Orgboat is very simple and with the next few steps you’ll learn how to do it.

Orgboat will allow you to write your policies or upload a PDF document of the policy.

General Policies

  1. In the top icon menu you’ll find a little medal which is the Policies Section.
  2. Click the Policies icon and you’ll find 2 options: General and Division Policies.
  3. In the general policies section click on the blue button that says “write a policy”.
  4. In the Title Input write the name of the policy.
  5. In the Description Input write what is this policy about or choose the “upload file” option to upload your pdf document with the policy.
  6. Click the Add Policiy blue button and DONE!
You have successfully added your Policy.

Division Policies

  1. In the top icon menu you’ll find a little medal which is the Policies Section.

  3. In the division policies section click on the blue button that says “write a policy”.
  4. In the Title Input write the name of the policy.
  5. In the Description Input write what is this policy about or choose the “upload file” option to upload your pdf document with the policy.
  6. Click the Add Policiy blue button and DONE!
