ADD NEW USERS

In the following guide you will learn how to add new personnel to your organization. 
Adding new people is very simple and will not take more than 5 minutes. 

Here is how to do it:
  1. Open your orgboat account. You must have the right privileges to do this.
  2. Go to the top icons menu in the upper right corner and click on the “Personnel activity” option
  3. Fill in the fields the information required.
  4. Choose the division in which the new person will be working.
  5. Choose the right rank.
  6. Choose the position that the person will occupy. If this position has not yet been created, click on the “add position” button
  7. After filling all the required info submit the form.

DELETE USERS

In the following manual you will learn how to delete personnel from your organization. 
Delete people is very simple and will not take more than 5 minutes. 

Here is how to do it:
  1. Open your orgboat account. You must have the right privileges to do this.
  2. Go the profile you want to remove and click the "edit" option.
  3. Click "unlink from organization".
  4. Confirm you want to unlink that person from your organization.
  5. Done! You have successfully unlink that person from your organization.

ACTIVE AND INACTIVE USERS

Having quick record of the people who are currently working and those who have work  in the past is always necessary and very important.

This information is displayed and managed on the personnel section under the active table and inactive table.
You can always move your users around from one position to another or set them to inactive, by doing this, the position that was being hold by the user will become vacant and available for someone else to occupy.
